Luke The Lucario

(Sorry for no shading this time. Got lazy a bit.)

This is Luke The Lucario, or shall I say, John's father.

Luke is also the Samaritan of Progress, but the bad thing for him is that when he thought of his mark, he kinda got wild with it. He made a company based off of his mark called PROGRESS (he should've had something more original, just saying.) and done experiments for different medicines and products.

Here's the evil part of it:

He done this experiments onto live Pokemon/People and didn't care what happened to them. When he gets freetime, he usually does expirements for torture and fun for himself. He even done it to his two sons, Josh The Riolu and John The Riolu, which basically explains their colors and different attributes.

Luke is also an Aura Master, who also has access Aura. So he keeps that Aura inside his staff that he somewhat upgraded.
